FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Prenatal Fitness Classes


FIT4BABY is a prenatal program for all trimesters and fitness levels. Pregnancy is the perfect time to focus on your mental and physical health. Our 4-week sessions go through safe and effective movements to ease your pains and strengthen you for labor and beyond.

Group Fitness for Moms

Mommy & Me Classes

These 60-minute classes, incorporate cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller! Take 1 hour for yourself mama. Stay after for extra fun for littles.


Kid Free Zone

Need an hour away from the kiddos to recharge and reset? We have a variety of workouts that we encourage our moms to step away and focus on them for a while. Enjoy Body Ignite (weights), Body Boost (HIIT) or Run Club to get started!!


Run Club

The FIT4MOM Run Club meets up from March - November with weekly group runs and speed training sessions. Find coaches certified in prenatal and postpartum fitness and an amazing group of women all cheering you on to cross that next finish line, or just run to manage the stress from motherhood.
