Nicole works hard every day at class and takes time to catch up with friends and make new ones for her and her son. Here is a little more about this amazing mama!

Nicole married her husband, Adam in 2022. They have an 8 month old son named Everett. They moved to Billings from Oregon about 3 years ago, but they are originally from the south.

One thing most people don't know about Nicole is she played roller derby for 4 years after highschool. (too cool for school)

"I heard about FIT4MOM through a friend when I was 4 months postpartum and desperately looking for something to get me out of the house and getting actual interaction with people other than my immediate family. While I love all of the classes, my favorite class is probably body ignite. I love that I can slow down to really focus on technique and getting stronger. It's an added bonus my son comes with me and watches me take care of myself.

My best advice to any new mom is that motherhood is both the hardest and the most amazing thing that will ever happen to you. Be hind to yourself and always remember that you don't have to be perfect."
